What a year it has been for Rotary projects in Fargo and Moorhead.

Check out the latest gem: Rotary Natural Play Hill and Bike Park!
Kids in search of a new place to play in a natural setting along the Red River in Fargo Moorhead now have a brand new place to explore, run, jump and get immersed in nature. This whimsical 4-season play area uses boulders, logs, shrubs, hills, rocks and earth to provide open-ended, physically challenging and unstructured play opportunities. The play area is as enticing for a child to play in as it is aesthetically beautiful to the community, where children can challenge every part of their mind, body and spirit, through play.

The Fargo Moorhead Rotary Foundation received IRS approval as a 501(c)3 non-profit on January 24, 2006. The initial purpose was to use the FMRF to help fund the Rotary Centennial Universal Playground located in Fargo’s Lindenwood Park. The Universal Playground was funded by Fargo-Moorhead Rotary Clubs at $265,000 (including In-Kind donations).

Also in 2025, we brought Dolly Parton's Imagination Library back to north Fargo.  As of June 2025, 300 kids each month get a book that is age tailored for them!  Check out imaginationlibrary.com for more details.

2024 was the opening of the Rotary Natural Play Hill in Moorhead!

The four Fargo Moorhead Rotary Clubs (Fargo Rotary, Moorhead Rotary, Fargo West Rotary and Fargo Moorhead AM Rotary) raised funds for a Miracle League ball field that is located on 40th Avenue South in Moorhead. This field was dedicated on August 25, 2010.
